If your a Halo fanatic. It states in all of the mumble jumble that Spartans are always listed Missing in Action (M.S.A.) so maybe somewhere in the storyline that planet seen could be Oynx and somewhere on there are a few spartans fighting for their lives. And somewhere in all of that the elites and humans decided to set up a search and rescue mission to find the Chief. And then somewhere on Onyx is a control center that controls all the Halo Installations and if you activate the control center all the installations come together and make a planet size super weapon. Just a thought...
