this would be nice, sounds good but i would suggest one thing: the shoot loses power only if the target is further than the weapon's range and not even if the target is closer

I say remove it because it slow down the game, because without bloom the game is easier and an easy game is more enjoiable than an hard one. By the way 343 could add an option to put it on / off for hardcore gamers who likes bloom that much
