how do you know, did you do test on range, speed against rest of mid to log range weapons. rate it can fire, perfect accuracy will it kill % over other weapons. Just because you die from it or you get kills from it doesn't make it op it just points what people like to use it. Which might show sign of op because stay competitive you have be on even ground.

things that is lost is weapon choices to combat power weapons is biggest thing i feel it lost in aspect. Halo 3 their are certain things to take control of game even if you lost rocket launcher in pit, or sniper riffles or stealth, or overcharge shield. Which makes good team still come up on team play. Because map control is out no need to stop enemy. Which kinda hurts the game.

Ok, lot things seems off but its ok has element that doesn't take away from halo completely. It is different but I think one thing that armaments should be dropped after you kill someone, kinda like certian times in campaign. Halo reach should had this which would been improvement.
