Beat Legendary but no Mark VI armor, help

Damn, I really don't want to play that through all over again. -
I beat the campaign on legendary offline and got both achievements, but when I check my service record it says I haven't beaten it and I don't have the Mark VI helmet, does anyone know how to fix this without playing it all over again?
