After a minute is a minute, before a minute was a minute, minutes occur all the time. The is no end to minutes, even when it becomes an hour, because after an hour are more minutes because hours are made up of minutes. So to begin a new hour you start with new minutes.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Lord Dreth. A very model of a modern major general. Lord Dreth is a different name, but its actually the name I created for my own Sith/Droid Confederacy Assasin I created, who is similar to General Grievous yet very different, to represent me if I was in the Star Wars universe.
