once i log out and login my account on halo 4 title screen it's says that i got banned, i don't know why, however do any of you know how long it takes to drop the ban?

hi for the last two days i don't earn any xp. Once i finish the game there is no animation of spartan earning the points? Is that some kind of xp ban?
