I mean i agree with some of the points you bring up, but although its messed up It still does offer a reason to do your best each game. Im really starting to think Halo 4 was was some sort of test or beta for the upcoming halo games. But to answer your question i feel the same SR-130 means nothing & is achievable by anyone who plays the game (Kinda like COD's system) But at the same time i understand why they didn't do only 1-50 system. Just not all the ways the attempted to keep it un-visible.
