Ugh... too much pain in my shoulder even though I took pain meds it STILL in pain.

Have somebody punch you in the face. It will help you forget about the pain in your soldier.

Oh yeah I'm gonna bite myself quite literally, if you cause pain to yourself it makes your other LARGER pain go away just as long as you keep the pressure up.
