I prefer the Reach armour system a little more than 3's because getting achievements may be fun and all, everybody wore the same things (Hyubasa and security) cause they were the hardest (lol) to obtain. However, Reach rewards you for doing the harder stuff, but just in the fashion that you'll get something faster.
