As I said to somebody else on another thread, you need to pimp out your recruitment thread. Here's a list of what you could add:

 

- Clan ranking structure

- Amount of members

- Clan rules and regulations

- How often you play Halo

- What games you play (Halo series)

- What kind of members you are looking for

- What type of a clan you are

- Have you any enemies and any allies

 

By adding these and many more you will attract a lot more people. Also, try approaching the audience with a formal approach, this will make you look more professional and will help you recruit.
