Need help finding a good source for profile picture and post images that appear after you post.

I would appreciate some locations to find some unique images for the profile picture and the images that follow your post in the forums. Every thing that I have tried from my computer files or down loaded from the internet are to large and will not reduce. i do not have and graphics software to aid the process. Is there a stock image area available on this site? Thank you.

 

P.S. I really like the Microsoft Office type abilities offered for use in these forums
