You can't tell who's talking

Ok, this must have been covered at some point, but I just piked up H5 and I noticed that you can't tell who's talking in lobbies or games. How can this be? At first I thought it was a glitch, but don't think it is. If someone does good callouts I don't know who it is so I can't invite them. If someone is totally annoying I don't know who it is so I can't mute them. This makes no sense.

Omg is this place dead. Well, I've noticed that it seems during the game sometimes you can tell who's talking and sometimes not. I don't understand why this is. Still no way to see who's talking in the pregame lobby which is unacceptable.
