It was supposed to have 14 packs, 2 per week for 7 weeks.I have only received 5 weeks worth. Xbox support suggested I post here for a solution. That's why it's called 343 Industries "Community Forum". I'm surprised no one's told you yet, I was just dropping in as I do once every few months and thought I'd let you know. I actually didn't get any of my REQ packs and I posted it in a thread on Waypoint where lots of people had the same issue. They never responded or did anything about it last I checked, but they do reply and solve problems in some rare instances. But yeah, all I can say is sorry bro.
