I have experienced an account reset because I accidently moved my profile to a new storage device. i used to be SR 23 and almost SR 24. I actually still have the loadouts named and the same emblem and armor color, just I cant seem to figure out what happened to my progress. depressant Posted March 5, 2015 Report Share Posted March 5, 2015 We are not 343i. This has happened to many people, and all I can suggest is try cleaning your disk and try again. I don't know if your profile gets moved or copied to another storage device, but just try it with your old storage device. Hope this helps!!
