Ranking system/team balancing

I always seem to get paired with horrid teammates (when I eventually find a game) I'll usually carry them, but not to the point of victory. For example, I went from a level 9 to 1 this morning after 8 consecutive losses and I topped my team every time, usually with a score above twenty and most of the time I also had the least deaths. Now I'm not complaining about the ranking system, I love it, it actually feels rewarding ranking up, but I would like to see a system put in place possibly where if you lose a game but top your team then the loss shouldn't count or you shouldn't rank down from it. It is honestly so frustrating not being able to search solo and have fun doing so because I get paired with novice players.

unfortunately, i'm told that lagging is pretty prevalent on this game so your teammates may not be at fault, sir. they may simply be incapable of killing the other team due to lag
