We can find games when not in the same party, but if we try to find a game together we get the below error. "We had to abort Matchmaking due to networking difficulties, please try again later." I think it might be the host and how good the connection is to that person. That or see if any members have a certain preference that will conflict with anyone else's preference. We appear to have fixed it by pressing the reset buttons on our router. (Rather than just unplugging and waiting a minute for a reset) Wish we tried that 2 hours ago.
