We are a military-based clan broken down into 3 divisions and 4 subdivisions, each withholding the ranks Private-General. No GT change reauired, only your emblem, armour colors (based on division/subdivision), and profile information. I have a set list of MOS' s (jobs) that each clan member will be assigned to based on what field of combat they are best at. Each player has the right to request a job. There is a training program with topics and different procedures, or curriculums, along with Raid Safety Awareness (RSA). We have two game nights a week along with training and RSA on Mondays and Meetings on every Saturday. This is just the beginning......
