I found this concept on deviant so I'm not sure if it's actually 343i. I dont think it is but its freaking incredible! Probably the coolest elite armor I've ever seen in my opinion. I really hope he returns in Halo 5. I think it would be epic if the masterchief was in a situation where he was about to die and then the arbiter shows up to save him. Also, if they were going to re-design the Arbiter Armor like they did with Chief's armor, it would need to have similarities to the past model. There are no similarities.
