Matthew Kee Posted July 1, 2013 Report Share Posted July 1, 2013 Help! please help me. A couple of weeks ago i started to play halo 4 and i went to play multiplayer but it wouldn't let me play it. It said "player failed to load content. a player may be missing downloadable content". I tried playing campaign next, same thing. it won't let me play anything. I haven't played anything on Halo 4 since. i tried reinstalling disk 2, didn't work. I have all the map packs because i got the LE. so someone, please help me. It did this to me before. When it happens to me, it happens when you start up Halo 4 and connect to Xbox Live while in the game already. Like being offline for a set amount of minutes, and then connecting back to Live. What I found fixed it was to go from Halo 4 back to the Dashboard, while still connected to Live, and then go back into Halo 4. Everything would re-load and it would be fixed. Hope this helps.
