I redeemed the code as directed on december 1st but something odd happened. My gamertag (Kyle P Escobar) is tied to a hotmail account, but i receive all emails and correspondence for it through my gmail account. I set up the code by using my gmail account to log into the xbox live site. but now it seems i redeemed the code to another gamertag (which i didnt even know existed, its for a free membership) so i cant reap the benefits of the code while i play the game . I understand there probably isnt much that can be done at this time but figured id post here to see if anyone can help. I attached a picture of my purchase history tied to the wrong account.
