I went in and entered the code and it said that it had already been redeemed.(not by me). I called Xbox and they said that it had been redeemed by "willingcoma2" on 11.30.12. And i have no idea who that is. The code was CQ4RQXJ2MHRV4VGCGD9J3YG4Z. I just reached level 70 and cannot continue any further due to not getting a code that works.
