Just received a Tweet from Xbox Customer Support,

 

I can't post a screenshot so here's a quote :

'@Nikonmatty, as per the rules, the offer is NOT valid in Europe'

Looking at other tweets I have gathered information that says if you don't receive the code to your contact email address by Monday that you will have to wait until or after the update on the 10TH DEC!!

I gave up and ordered a code off eBay £8 and emails the code within 24 hours.. Seems like the best option if you want to jump right in
