CsDarKnight Posted June 18, 2011 Report Share Posted June 18, 2011 No AA's, No Brute Customization because they suck, No Scarab because it's WAY too big,The mixed ranking up thing and credits is pretty much like Black Ops except it's for armor, what do you mean by boss fights? 1v1? Totally agree with the skill system, a player shouldn't be able to be Hero or Mythic or Reclaimer just by playing a lot, they need to be good. The idea of more players is great, other games such as warrock support it, I hope Halo can support. tournaments. already exists the Arena. But a new kind of team tournament should be created. It shouldnt be left in matchmaking but should be controlled and define a winner in the end. this tournament could be as often as 3 in 3 months. Playing as a brute: good idea. Moreover,I would like to hear some ideas on whter you think that some armor attachments could affect gameplay (more zoom in snipers for example) of course this attachments would need to be much more expensive Other ideas such as more than one AA and the return of the equipment I cant say much as i didn't think about it yet. Although if equipment do return, I hope they make the flare more realistic and usefull, because it never did its job in Halo 3 (it didnt blind who we need to blind). Moreover, why not make equipment a bonus of buying a specific piece of armor (the drawback would be the impossibility of buying other piece of armor with other ability, this would make Halo a lot more realistic. If you go to war, people have different jobs with different purposes, i think this could be considered in Halo). About other ideas. Yes, make big vehicles drivable, and put the scarab in game and in forge. Elites and Brutes costumizable, obviously. Not sure about Dual wield and more melee weapons. Some weapons should forcibly be dual wieldable, like dual plasma rifles (meaning: you cant have only one, but can throw grenades all the same, with or without some delay)(this would require the improvement of the plasma repeater to match the dual plasma rifles, both having advantages and drawbacks in relations to each other)[Can give ideas if 343 asks] To 343, To my mind, 343 has two options: Option A Create an Halo game like the others, which will be bought by the same people. Option B Create a better Halo game, which (with the right advertising, which isn't hard) can make the sales grow. Even if some more classic Halo players, (mostly young kids) dislike it, it will be adored by many more (which with the ideas i mentioned in my posts including the links I left, would undoubtedly create the greatest game of all times)*. (*Nowadays a game needs to have a lot of options, freedom, and (if it is a game like this) must look real. Even on E3 some peolpe interviewed by Game Trailers TV said that Microsoft should have worried more about Fable rather than Halo because the latter was condemned.) Anyway, I would like to hear feedback on my comments, especially for 343 (I know it could result in you giving us some more information, but there are some very general settings, like the options I mentioned above, which I would like you to answer to give (or remove) hope. Maybe a spike grenade made by brutes. It shoots spikes in all directions. Takes longer to detonate, but if you're standing by a wall and you're hit by one, you get stuck for a temporary amount of time. Forerunner weapons. As of now, Elites are friends with Spartans. Brutes are not, and Brutes are still relatively the same size as a Human (Bit taller, but so are Elites), so it would make sense to replace Elites with Brutes. Make a LOT of Brute presets or just make Brute customization with let's say like 10 of armor for each piece of their armor. If you don't use Brutes, please use forerunners or precursors or something else. Not Elites, it wouldn't make ANY sense in Invasion and people would complain about how it makes no sense.
