problem specializations limited edition

hi, I bought exactly the release date (11/06/2012) halo 4. Until now, no problem, now after a couple of games with my friends, as I always do, I'm going to get me a ride on specializations (including having bought the limited edition I unlocked 6 more) in order to choose the most I pleases, and I like it, and I find it a very bad surprise, I only have two specializations, while restarting the console are two specializations, please help me.
