When Halo 3 was at its prime, Recon was only Available to Bungie employees and a few lucky Players who Bungie gave Recon to. I feel that the exclusivity of Recon back then made Halo 3 a whole funner since many people made unique videos, screenshots, maps etc. to try and impress Bungie in any way to try and earn Recon.
