Little Help Plz....No XP for passing weekly challenge !!??

Hi,

 

I'm new to this forum and I've been trying to get in touch with 343i about not gaining the XP for passing one of thier weekly Spartan Ops Challenges but I've had no joy !!

 

So I thought I'd post my query here to see if there's anyone out there that might be able to shed some light on this for me !!??

 

Basically, I've completed the challenge that asks us to complete all of the Artifact Missions on Heroic difficulty or higher (which I've done and posted photos below) but as you can see, for some reason I haven't been awarded the XP for it !!??
