ZANDER1994 Posted November 7, 2012 Report Share Posted November 7, 2012 Anyone else having this problem? I bought Halo 4 on launch day. I took it home and everything was working fine for about 20 minutes. Then something bad started to happen. Every time I go back to the main menu, and every time I finish and online match, I get the "disc unreadable" error message. I was so annoyed I brought the game back to the store to trade it for a new copy. I just got back about an hour ago, and now this one is having issues too. I called xbox support and basically they told me this is a problem a lot of people are having and they are trying to figure it out right now. But I've seen probably 12 threads across the internet so far. My xbox is a super old model but it doesn't seem to have any problems with any of the other games I'm playing.
