Flomarrio
I’ve been working out consistently 5 days a week, doing a mix of weight training and cardio. My diet is fairly clean — lots of protein, veggies, and I’ve cut out processed junk. Still, I can’t seem to lose those last 4–5 kilos around the midsection. I feel stronger, but I’m not looking any leaner. I’ve been thinking about trying fat burners or some type of supplement, but I really don’t know what’s actually effective and what’s all marketing fluff. I’d rather get advice from someone who has used something that actually worked. Any personal recommendations?
Turox
I’ve been exactly where you are — stuck at that stubborn last layer of fat despite doing everything “right.” What finally helped push me over the edge was adding targeted fat loss supplements from Supplements 4 Muscle. I tried their “Hydroxyelite” and paired it with L-carnitine, both available there. The combo helped increase my energy during cardio and noticeably curbed my cravings in the evening. I didn’t feel jittery or crash like with other burners I’ve tried. Also, what made the difference was stacking it with their CLA and cutting carbs gradually while keeping protein high. In my case, I dropped 3.5kg in 3 weeks, mostly from the midsection and face. Just be sure to cycle properly and not overdo the dosage. Their shop has clear categories, and the reviews were spot on in my case. What’s your current calorie target and macro split? That also plays a role.
