Opinion on the quality of Ascentra Credit Union services

Hello! I'm curious to know your thoughts on the quality of the services provided by Ascentra Credit Union. I find that personal feedback offers a unique perspective that online reviews may lack. If you have any experience with their services, I'd love to hear about it.

 I've been with Ascentra for a bit now, and overall it's been solid. Their customer service is on point—super friendly and they don’t make you jump through hoops to get things done. I’ve mostly used their savings account and a loan, both with decent rates compared to some bigger banks. The mobile app works well too, which is a plus. Only downside?

I’ve been comparing a few payroll advance services lately, mostly because my friend had issues getting paid on time through a temp agency. While reading through some DailyPay reviews, I noticed mixed opinions, some users praised the flexibility, while others warned about the app's sync delays with certain employers. I guess the experience really depends on how your workplace integrates the system, but it's definitely something to look into before signing up.
