Magdale Mandala
I recently purchased some cosmetics from Laura Geller and am excited to try them out. However, I’m a bit concerned about what to do if I need to return or exchange any items. I’ve heard mixed reviews about their customer service, and I want to know if they’re responsive and helpful. Has anyone had to deal with their customer service for returns? How did it go?

JackelineGottlieb
Laura Geller has a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, but there may be some conditions attached, such as the product must be unused and in its original condition. You will also need to retain your receipt or order information to ensure a smooth return process. raft wars Edited March 30 by JackelineGottlieb
annaclerk
Customer service in the beauty industry can really be hit or miss — sometimes you get quick, helpful replies, and other times it feels like you’re messaging into the void. That’s actually one reason I started leaning more into skincare instead of just cosmetics. I’ve been reading up on derma filler options lately and came across this super informative article on https://derma-solution.com/blog/what-are-dermal-fillers-and-how-do-they-work/ It explains how fillers actually work beneath the skin and what kind of results you can expect. It’s crazy how much info is out there that most people never hear about unless they’re actively looking.
