[343i Has Truly Ruined Halo]

So simply because you didn't like the ending and you didn't get what you wanted or anything as far as you're concerned, they ruined Halo? Just because you beat the campaign on Legendary doesn't mean you deserve anything. Yeah it would've been a nice added perk but, it doesn't entitle you to anything. And it's THEIR game, they can do whatever they want to the story. It's just like a movie. You usually end on a cliff hanger to setup the story for the next game. While I don't like the direction they took with Cortana, it is what it is and I don't like how little Blue Team was used. But, that doesn't mean they ruined Halo. 

 

People have this messed up conception that Devs have to make games how THEY want them to. Is it your IP? Do you own the rights to it? No you don't so get over it. Yeah the community can make suggestions and voice their dislikes about certain aspects of the game and they will be followed to a degree if the series is to survive.

Do you even know ANYTHING about how Halo 5 sucks. You're right about Cortana and Blue Team, but there's a lot more stuff that's pretty bad. Not just campaign, but multiplayer. If you play warzone firefight at darkstar, you can STILL see the pelican glitch along with countless others that should have been fixed but have not been fixed. So don't even start about Halo 5 not being an absolute piece of crap.

It's a shame you aren't happy with Halo 5, but it's unreasonable to say that 'Halo' was ruined by 343 Industries because you expected more from the ending. You should really have a wider perspective, and consider all the other things Halo 5 has to offer. The ending should not be the only factor allowing you to determine whether Halo 5 was a success or not.

Honestly, if 343 wanted to listen to constructive criticism, they should look at like, I don't know, any video on youtube about the topic. I mean, come on! Don't just blow it off as hating, these people have good ideas that could help. And I'm sure 343 wouldn't listen to complaints either and do nothing. Don't fix it if it ain't broke. Halo was fine before 343 came. And the ending wasn't the only crappy part about it (again, youtube). There was a lot of stuff that didn't make sense. WHO WAS THE MAIN VILLAIN!?!? Not Cortana, not Warden Eternal, not Jul Mdama, so WHO WAS IT!!???!?! Why were the covenant, prometheans and swords of sanghelios there!? Something for us to shoot at and give the arbiter a role!? I mean, COME ON!!!!! I didn't even list half the things I could've listed. And don't even get me started on multiplayer. HOW LONG WILL WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WAY TO SELL MULTIPLE REQS AT ONCE!!!! Someone from 343 listened to the complaints about only selling one req at a time and said he'd take it to the team and get it fixed. Here we are, a year after release, AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE IT!! Oh, to add, the cutscene where Chief and Locke fight for no reason because they have no quarrel while most of two highly trained super-soldier fireteams stand and watch as they fight, not talking, not doing anything until AFTER Locke is immoblized. I mean, WHY didn't they do anything! Why did this fight even happen!? They had no quarrel, why give them a two minute or longer cutscene about it for absolutely no reason! SERIOUSLY!! Halo Combat Evolved was great. Halo 2 was great. Halo 3 was incredible. Halo 4 was mediocre at very best. At least it had a main villain. Halo 5. Well. Here we are. The marines were extremely downgraded as well. There were very few of them and they didn't do anything except moan about spartans being on Meridian and get killed after taking down zero enemies. Even in warzone they look cartoony and fake! They have literally one voice for every marine in warzone and only a few for marines in campaign. I honestly didn't even know they were marines! I thought they were stuck-up inhabitants of Meridian that didn't like spartans (which they are). And why is 343 trying to appeal to younger audiences? What makes halo so good is the adult content Bungie put in it. WHY DOES HALO 5 SUCK SO MUCH!!!!!!???

You don't get it! The arbiter had no reason to be there! Cortana and the guardians make no sense whatsoever! That's not even cortana anymore, it's like a different version of her! 343, if you're reading this, (probably not because you think I'm a hater) FIX HALO OR JUST STOP. I don't want to see halo 6 unless you promise me it's good.. Wrong word there, I'll be enraged!
