Because everybody has played "Forge Maps:Pretty forerunner Edition".

[Wanting to set up a DLC only matchmaking play date for Halo Reach]

Many of us that bought the DLC for Halo Reach have most likely never played the DLC maps in matchmaking ever. Besides anniversary. I was looking if some people wanted to do make a full lobby then go on matchmaking and just play the maps.
