And yeah, Waypoint mods are very ban-happy. 

  want proof look here lol a blanket ban be sure and full screen the screens and look at date and times i reported Snickerdoodles on there because  he or she was essentially adding fuel to the fire and her buddy Ka Five suspended me for 24 hours then before it was up tacked on a permanent ban , its sad they run essentially a Racketeering ring on there !!!

sounds like the typical temp ban to me it glitches sometimes ,close game completely watch tb or play something else for an hour then attempt restarting game ,if it says same thing , keep trying if it is indeed permanent and you are sure you are not at fault file a consumer complaint here ftc.gov and under gaming services sub category and fill out the form and be sure to detail your problem

i keep getting banned for no reason. idont quit or leave match. i play at diemond level and when the game ends. And most foten, when i win, i just get outright banned AFTER the game has ended. I get the ban screen before i even get to the  post match carnage report. i should also mention that this has happened to me many times with increasingly longer bans, but its not consistent. it happens at random for no reason. If this continues im gonna outright ban xbox from my home and ship it to the dumpyard. i cant wait 2h when i get banned, im not a kid with all day to play. 

 

This has happened to me the past 4-5 days on Arena playlists(team arena and team slayer). Never happened in warzone.

 

I wasnt inactive, i didnt kill teammates, and i did NOT leave the match. I keep getting banned like i break the rules even though i did not. 343 what the hell is happening with your servers?

 

When will this issue be resolved??

It seems no matter what you try to say, if it doesn't fit the mods liking you get banned immediately. I was banned for making non constructive posts sadly and so now I am no longer a member of that infectious website. To bad now I can't past my buddies videos anymore.

 

let me guess it was Snickerdoodles that banned you or Ka Five right?

 

 

 

if so they dis same to me for exact same thing except they got my main gamertag suspended for 2 weeks from XBL and my offline guest/silver account perma banned from XBL which was the one i used on waypoint !!!

 

im sharing a screenshot below of how these two operate they feed the trolls on waypoint and then ban the non trolls

could be worse when i first started halo 5 (for the first time ever) i pressed the icon for start and boom instant ban hammer strikes message , i ended up with a 114 day ban after D/Cing from my first game after the intial message i previously stated i took to the FTC website and made a formal complaint after not being able to play any Arena for a week it said i had 108:00:00 (cant remember the exact minutes but thats basically what it looked like) left i waited an additional 23 days the FTC got back to me with the companies (343's) response they appologized and said it was a glitch that caused my excessive lockout/ban they did correct it  12 hours later and gave me 3 gold req packs free for my issue , im glad they fixed it but only after i had to make an initial complaint hope they jump on the ball next time servers have issues that way everyone is in a good mood

The Halo Waypoint forum moderators are supposed to have nothing to do with the administration of Xbox LIVE accounts: whatever the reason your account was banned, they almost certainly had nothing to do with it, and if you feel the ban was unfair or undeserved you'd need to contact Microsoft Support directly to enquire exactly why you received the ban, and to appeal against it if desired.

 

If you're receiving threatening messages from other people over Xbox LIVE, the best course of action is to keep the message you've received and to file a complaint against the account for harassment. Blocking them is also a very good step, but unless you keep their messages or find some way of recording them (perhaps with a video on a mobile phone?) there's no evidence of any wrong-doing on their part, and unless complaints are filed then nothing will be done about the abusers, since as far as I'm aware Xbox doesn't actively monitor private communications.

 

your right but i think the mods i had a problem with had some pull within XBL enfiorcement team if its ok ill post pics of the Suspension and the reason behind it (XBLPET didnt act with integrity i know that but it was way to coincidental it happened to both my offline/silver guest account and my main same day for same exact thing that it was on halo waypoint for so thats why i assume that waypoint mod/s had pull withing PET !!!

do what i do play warzone (still level up) and plus get req points faster roughly 1200 per game even if you do poorly you get 1000 req points for just finishing the match !!!

[Halowaypoint: Corrupt Moderation]

Has anyone else been banned unfairly from Halo Waypoint? I was banned for "using multiple accounts", and the monitor, DeepCee, linked me to a few xbox live accounts that were on my console, but I myself never even used them on waypoint (or even logged into them for that matter). So essentially I was banned on Halowaypoint for something that I did not do on Halowaypoint. How can you just ban someone because they have multiple accounts on their console? For starters, just because there are two accounts on the same console or IP doesn't mean they're the same person, it's called having a shared computer or console.

 

With my rant over, does anyone know of any specific incidents of corrupt moderation on there? I'm looking for people to help me out and try to get a few corrupt moderators removed from their status, including DeepCee and anyone else that people have had problems with. All I want to do is try and put an end to the corruption, seeing as waypoint is the main Halo site.

 

 

ok in october 2015 i created an account i commented on a thread where someone was getting trolled bad i was trying to defend the guy , i then got trolled a moderator fed into it and also bashed the opening poster so i reported the mod for trolling i then got a 24 suspension (false reports) by a mod in the same spartan squad (clan) as the mod i reported so i waited the 23 hours i log into waypoint to a permanent ban till the year 2552 for threatening violence (a false reason) i got no email of the waypoint suspension , then my xbox account both my offline silver (never was gold its a guest account) was permanently banned for same thing as waypoint and my primary (only one i use) was suspended same thing (harassment) for 14days ( i ended up changing the email address associated with the account and removing the old email also i changed the gamertag as well because i was recieving messages from 4 waypoint mods all are apart of the same spartan squad making threats etc on xbox live so i blocked all 4 of them) 

 

 

I knew waypoint was bad but that was an understatement !!!

So, I just got banned from the HaloWaypoint forums for pretty much doing nothing. I posted a few times on a post titled "rank up" (which was a post meant for people to spam to level up) and got banned. I will admit I spammed just a little bit, but out of all the people I was the only one to get banned till 10/29/2552. I have contacted all the mods that I can think of, and none have responded. It really sucks because I loved posting on the forums and talking people. But I guess, when you make ONE mistake, you are no longer counted among the members of the forums. THIS REALLY SUCKS!!!! Does anyone know of a way that I can get a hold of someone in a higher position to talk about this issue with?
