[Halo 5's textures are worse than Halo 3's]

For some reason during the mission screenshot from Halo 5 you showed, that mission has been having some weird texture problems. Such as what you showed. Trust me when everything is working properly that Scorpion looks much better than Halo 3.

What went wrong? Is the Xbox One weaker than the Xbox 360? 60fps isn't a reason, as Halo 2 Anniversary was 60fps and had great textures. 

Halo 6 needs to have textures better than Halo Reach, this is getting unacceptable :/
