[halo 4 legendary campaign unlock problems]

I completed halo 4 campaign on legendary co-op and shows it on my service record but does not show it when I got to comendations and has not unlocked the master chief armor for online matchmaking. Why?

I completed halo 4 on legendary co-op and it shows it on my service record but when I go to comendations it doesn't show I completed it on legendary. Why?
