Thanks for your responses. They both kind of answered my question but neither helps me in anyway. I did not have a Gold subscription prior to receiving the free month, we were on a free trail and it may have ended before we even got the message, I do not remember. But we DID receive a message and it DID have a code. Moving on to another forum and hopefully get a response from someone who can actually do something about it. -
I had previously received a code for the one month of free Xbox live gold, sometime in February, for the problems with the MasterChief Collection. I opened the message on my Xbox One but have not redeemed the code yet and now the message seems to have disappeared. I know I did not delete the message, so where did it go? I would like to be able to eventually redeem that one free month. I have already tried contacting Xbox Live support and they directed me here. Help!
