On 3, or Reach for 360: Not available anymore. Unless you're willing to buy an old code off of eBay for like 200$.
On the MCC (which does not include Reach) for Xbox One: Bungie armor is available at the start for Halo 3, and it gives you Helmet Flames.

In any of the 360 Halos: Not available anymore. Unless you're willing to buy an old code off of eBay for like 100-200$
On the MCC on Xbone: Bungie armor is immediately available at the start for Halo 3. It gives you Helmet flames basically.
