    Bungie has nothing to worry about... Destiny is for both consoles. Even if they self half as many copies as Halo on Xbox, I'm sure all the Playstationers are going to buy an equivalent amount, since we all know they have been craving for a Bungie game since Halos Inception.... Bungie has nothing to worry about....a majority of 343is employees are technically Bungie anyway..

    Well Halo was at the Right Place at the Right Time. Not understating HOW GOOD Halo is. BUT I literally bought an Xbox to play Halo 2 with my friends when I was 11 years old, I saved up my own monies to buy an xbox when I was 11 for Halo 2 yes. that happened.

     

     

    This Game is great but simply put its popularity grew out of demand for Online gaming via console. Nowadays the market is flooded with blockbuster titles you can play online.

     

    in 2005 Xbox Live had just launched and so did Halo 2. nuff said. [shout] I LOVE HALO HAVE EVERY HALO RELATED GAME AND XBOX AND CONTROLLERS AND WISH MASTER CHIEF WAS A GIRL BUT CORTANA WILL DO [/shout] I love halo. But its grand success is do to timing.

    Everyone here is very knowledgable about Halo I would imagine as we are all diehards. Been Following this game for 15 years now, and just want to share, so its known, The Origins of Halo and where it came from.

     

    Bungie was originally developing a Halo RTS for the Mac in 98 & 99 meant for release in 2000/2001 but before they finished, Microsoft picked them up and change all of our lives in a way (me for the better) but here are some very credible articles to back up my statements.

    I AM A HUGE HALO WARS FAN - Halo Wars was very good, clean, and not clunky at all, efficient at what you wanted and has a lot of room to grow.

     

    I sure hope not the first one was screwed up anyway HALO was not meant to be a RTS

     

    being a HUGE Halo Fan, as well as rts -  Starcraft & Warcraft 3 to be precise, im not a hater and i dont usually correct people but this knowledge MUST BE KNOW. Halo WAS meant to be an rts.
