I'm tired of people constantly bringing up the whole "Super Soldier" aspect of the game. Did anyone ever complain about not being able to sprint, jump super high, have no recoil, or anything else in halo 1 through 3? No they didn't. The Super Soldier argument is recently fresh and has no credibility in Halo. Halo has always stuck to a certain set of core mechanics. ADS is such a far stray from the scoping mechanic that has been tried and try for 14 years! It isn't anywhere near broken, nor is it a disadvantage when it comes to fps cometition from rivals. There are just certain things that halo kept sticking to that made it stand out from the rest. having it play exactly like Crysis or CoD is a huge turn around in general from the "Return to Arena" statement. Do you even know what arena gameplay is? Probably not. If you weren't old enough to enjoy the first Unreal Tournament, then you don't know what real Arena gameplay is.
As for not many people knowing or playing Crysis.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Everyone has heard of Crysis and it's sister game FarCry. The mechanics in Crysis are well know. Integrating them into Halo as a "copycat", not only is showing a huge movement away from what Halo was and still is, but also shows that 343i has no idea where they should be going with the Halo IP.
Well that part about what Halo always been before reach is technical.. Back then u dident have the technoligy to do such things, games chance with the technoligy play or leave.

Seriously? You enjoy a Crysis 3 clone with halo models? Well I watched all of about a minute of gameplay and all i can say...fail!
This is not a return to arena gameplay. The ADS integration is NOT the same as the zoom/scope mask as the ADS style they are using puts in a scoping/descoping time and animation, it's not instant like it usually is. And they also said that "Hip Fire", WILL offer a slightly less accurate spread than when scoped. Just the fact that they used the term "Hip Fire" saddens me.
And don't even get me started on the SA's. There is nothing new, innovative or crafty about them at all. It's a direct port from Crysis. Seriously, have they no new integrations or ideas on how to bring actual new things to Halo?!? I guess not....
And what is the deal with the shields not recharging when you are sprinting? Follow up...how many people use sprint to get away from bad guys in Halo 4 and Reach during campaign play? Cause guess what? By forcing that mechanic into multiplayer, it will also work that way in campaign. So yeah, good on yah? Lolwut?
Anyway feel free to agree or disagree all you want. This is just my opinion.
Yet still not a Ctrl + V from H2/3
So what if they take element from other games, not every one playd Crysis and so on... Maybe it works fine?
I think it look more futeristic and is good in a game that is in the future. I mean H2/3 was gerat yet u feel clumpy for being a so calld supersoldier with an armor worth insanly much. Previous Halos before reach felt statically (clumpy) if thats a word for describing it.
As i said H2/3 was great yet it offer nothing new more then the feeling been there/done nothing to explore so why even bother buy/play a game with no chance?
Round based game type? Yes been wanting a gametype like that, would also be nice with a 1v1 aim focused map (not like octagon)

Its get so much hate.. Yet i like it, i acculy have enjoyed every Halo game. From CE - H4 all fun in my OP (dident like h4 story doe), guess i dont fear chance like others, realy looking foward the Beta!!!

Have got my game early aswell yet..... 5 hours run time found 3 games and 2 of those where 3 v 4.... GG never hade this prob on H4/Reach when i fized my game 1 - 2 days earlyer.

On the console, there still isn't a FPS that takes more skill than the original halo. And this is coming from OGRE2, the best halo player in the world.
Well for the first yes i can agree that halo has a high skill cap but idc what OGRE2 says for ****.
OGRE2 can be jesus for all i know i still wouldent take hes words and what he think as my own opinion (maybe u do cuz its seems so in your text)
BUt how do u get to this kinda thing with my texts? im speaking about the price and stuff and u get into esport and whos the bets player on halo and more....... Offtopic much?

Halo CEA cost $59.99 at release, so Halo 2 Anniversary would cost the same, so really your getting Halo 2 Aniversary and three free games with the bonuses.
Maybe it did, i rememberd i payed like 40 - 50 dollars (40£ or something around that) in my country for it tho but hey maybe im wrong.
Well anyway looked up some on it and so on and can say i chanced my mind about the collection still i love the francie and there for i also can support the industrie for future games.

You are buying four games a show and beta access for the price of one new game, it's going to have some reimagined maps and all + plus it lets us play Halo on the Xbox One for instead of waiting for 2015. While you don't have to buy it it would be a fun thing to get in my opinion.
But if they hade just H2 remake it would cost less cuz its not realy a new game, just updated grapic so they wouldent take as much in price and there for in my opinion for us who already have all the games should be a opion to just buy the remake and still get beta acces.

Well alot of people wanted a Halo 2 anniversary, and they gave us the whole shabang. I like it because it will allow me to join community events once again and it'll let me play all the Halo's again on the Xbox one. They are giving us a lot for what the price they are asking. Of course they want money, but in no way is this some cheap way for them to get quick bucks, this benefits us greatly.
Well alot of us who already have the entire francie would be happy with just the remake of H2 + beta acces for a lower price while its a remake not a new game so what it comes down to is why should i need to buy this on a full price when i already have all the games that comes with it (exept H2 remake)

I cant be the only one thinking this is a cheap way to make money... I mean i already have the entire francie, so in the end of the day i will have 3 halo CE if i buy this collection and 2 of the others just to get to play the beta for H5?

Remember, the Spartan IV's were recruited from Spartan III soldiers, ODST's and Marines. They already had many years experience fighting the Covenant, before MJOLNIR armour. Also, the Covenant we see in 4 is simply an insurgent group living off of scraps of armour and weapons.
Well that dont mean they shouldent be skilled when it comes to combat both so called hand to hand or weaponary.... and stuff like when the elite is about to kill the spartan 4 that saved glassman i think, he rase hes sword and just before he strikes he got shot, why do they have to talk so much before killing same with didact such bull crap and its so over done and u can see it by just looking at the cover of the game.

There was some good things in it but in my opinion it was completly trash dont hate and take a chillpill mkay?
So, as most off us,we have played all halo games and enjoyed it (or u shouldent realy be here on the forum) and for what i have heard people seem to like H2 most and there after CE/H3.
To the point of my topic, i liked the underdog thing bungie hade going with the francie if u know what i mean (losing the war and so on)
But i dont think that 343 is doing a great job when it comes to that feeling Bungie managed to give, i mean look how fast after the war with the covenant they go so aggresive and think they are something, ill be tanking 1 thing after onother.
Lets start with the Human race compared to the others and its warriors.
The only race smaller the humans are the grunts, i mean even the jackals are about the same size as a regular human (no spartan)
I dont like how 343 make it look like the spartan 4s are some gods in war compared to the elites. Even tho they have less experience/ training then spartan 3 hade, and why dont 343 show us some great warriors from anyother race then just humans?
Bungie gave us a point of weiw from the elites (Arbiter) im not realy a fan of 343 making the humans like some ninja with god powers (refering to that fail thing spartan ops)
IM just tired of seing same thing over and over, it was okey when cheif was the underdog in the first trhee games but after that it get lame fast and boring to see cuz there is no risk for seeing any spartan die if its not on a cheep way like 40 sangheili vs 1 spartan, and that is truly lame, show us some good fight when u not only favoring your presious lovers (spartans)
Second thing i want to get in to is the war on the covenant and the sangheilis including the rebels.
So from the start where the covenant found the trails of the forrunners they thinked them as gods, so now when the didact is found, why dont the remaning covenant and the rebel sangheili makes a truce?
Both the brutes and (flying ***** dont know the name sry ^^) also the storm sangheilis belive that still, the both factions hate the humans, they would easely be lead by the didact under the same banner, and go end the humans in 1 day, u saw how didact single took out an entire city without taking damage to the ship (not including cheifs work) just ad some ships from both factions and byebye earth sense the location is reaviled from years back....
But the ramaning covenant is at war with the sangheilis they hate each others, well i think thing would have chanced if the storm came with a living forrunner. I mean the storm hate the Arbiter and could easy team with the remaning covenant to destroy Arbiter after they found didact, and how did 1 single ship (foward unto dawn) escape anmd entire fleet from the storms + didact without aking critical dmaage to the ship? Why dident they just destroy it when they hade the cance?
A new point, am i the only one getting a felling that the UNCS is looking for a war? They would be crushed instantly by anyone of them, aslong as the sangheili and the covenant is at war they are cool from any engage from the covenant.
Well after the even in H3 the UNSC was weakend and cribled, saved by the sangheilis (Arbiters followers) and after 6 years untill H4 event cant things chance that much, i mean humans was nearly erased, both repopulation and rebuilding and stuff takes time, and where do all the extra warriors come from? its 6 years! U cant say that the humans can go to another was without getting ******.

Well it says it all, she a treator to the forrunners, by our nature i say the didact did the right thing, humans a some greedy ***** and only think them self wordy of glory, sure they may accept any other race but they will always, always look down on them.
Even today agianst each others we do so and to our animals around the world.
Well back to the halo univurse.... ITs the damn future why when the humans was followed by the flood did they just attack a forruner planet without making any contact what so ******* ever?

That logic and dont the forrunners have any so called satlites or radars to see this humans spaceship close to the planet and there for try to reach out to them why they are there?
Well details makes alot when it come to story telling and other things, just look at halo cutscene when didact reaches earth, no stations was shown (from H2) its not like the covenant destroyed every single 1 of them? /what do i know)
Honest question:where was all other races during this event? Anyone know cuz i dont.
Ill be ending now but teher is alot of thing i can coem to mind but dont have time or intress to waste more time on cuz ill proib get alot of hate for this, eather im incompitate and know jack **** or for some other reason.
Let me wrap up with this.
It would be nice to se some cinematic from anothe point of weiw as said above, i mean i would like a nice flood cinematic (if return with i hope alot on, cuz what is halo without the reason why they where build from the start and they are the biggest treath in the galaxy)
Or hunters/brutes/elites dominate for once, mix things up not only spartans doing same **** and being unkillable, show us some warrior/cinematic from other races.

343, just bring the flood back, they gave a good darness to the game and great story.. u cant deny that the flood is still alive, and that it is apart otf the halo, and so gos for the rest of the species that bungie introdused.

I realy would like to write down my thought about halo 5, and what i want to see in it but ive lost faith in halo sence 343 did take over. So i see no point off saying my opinion anyway.
Yes i hate 343 for fu cking up one of the best game i ever known. Bungie focused on the covenant that did bring death and just pounded trough every thing untill the flood came, with maid the game awesome and hade feeling in it, 343 focus on a love story.

I just watched "The Return", as what you said got me curious. However, I'd like to clarify the point that the Prophets gave the Brutes new weapons in the form of improving their existing technology, as well as providing Power Armor to allow for the Brutes to be better protected. The battles depicted in the video take place after Halo 2 (with such genocidal raids against the Brutes continuing even after Halo 3). This doesn't make it any less credible of an idea that the Brutes can make their own instruments of war, however, especially since they can base many of the designs after those of the weapons they already have and those that they took during the Human-Covenant War e.g. the Shotguns and Rocket Launchers found in the Brutes' weapon caches toward the end of Halo 2.
the war agianst the elites and brutes still continues, (even after h4 takes place) he speaks it about been 6 years and they are still war with eachothers. so if arbiter will be back in h5 it also mean that the brutes should be back.... hoppfully and so the rest of the covenant.

So much atteintion on this cortana thing, its sad why focus so much on it? Where are the flood? srly thats why the ''halos'' was maid, and the game is about ''halo'' sure alot maybe did like how 343 doing things but iknow atleast 2 who dont, im sorry but 343 have destroid the best game in the world.

I did like cortana, but the way 343 makes it almost a love story is what gett to me, and make a big story about it? why when there is so much more in the halo universe? that in my opinion should be focused on.

If u watch the return (mini video made by 343) about the war agianst the elites and brutes they said that the prophets previded the brutes with new powerful weaponds. so there should be new weaponds but i have no idea how they are going to be. And that video is after the war in h3

sound pretty good, but why so much attenion about this cortana thing? i rather have a story like the other (baced on the ring,covenant,forerunners) games, not some story about retriving cortana cuz then srly, they can chance name on the game cuz its not Halo anymore.
Sure cortana has its place in the halo story... but there are so much things that also have their part in Halo, for an example, covenant (all races that was in the covenant before) and the Flood that even why the halos was orginally build and ofc the forerunners... But i realy hope they dont do the same kind that bungie did in H3 dont want to se the same thing twice.
If 343 focus on this cortana thing, or even fails overall in H5 then they have destroyd a amezing game(even if i think they did it now in h4 but thats my opinion) . But this goes for the online play aswell.

1.flood what is halo without the flood? want a dark story for halo 5
2. Bring back all the races, brutes,drones, the prophets( dont need to be in the game but but the in the story), jul, arby, and didact want some realy crazy campain.
3. More cutscenes when maybe an human ship was getting blown up, or a spartans gets killed? There is where bungie made the campain good, they made its sad, not like in h4 one spartan takes out 5 elites that are almost twise as big as him self. Sow us some great warriors from maybe the elites? brutes? hunters? It feels like the humans are unstopple compare to the rest of the halo games where they was getting smashed.
4. Make an unpredictable ending.
5. Drop pods in matchmaking would be awesome, there for bigger maps, the tanks,wraith have now space in h4, also i want the gauss on more maps.
6. More players on a server, BF4 will make it so there can be 64 players of total in a game on the new abox. so could be working?
7. want to see Longsword, scarabs in the campain but also a CAS suppercarrier
8 Ranked i matchmaking
9. Better music.
10. Better air vechles.

Well im not in for the multiplayer any more cuz it feels like halo dont have any thing to give the gaming world any more, even if i have loved all halo games in the past espacilly the multi, and camp. Maybe its just me growing away from the gaming :/ but i do still hope they will fix the campaign in h5, it should be dark and massive i want the flood top return cuz what is halo without the flood or the rings? (thats why it was origanily bould..) but as you said return arby, and also the brutes/prophets, didact and Jul, but dont let out rest of the races. dont focus to much on that cortana thing but it can still be in the game but not like its going to be the main story of the game cuz if i want to play some romantic bullsh it cuz that is not halo in my eyes.
i also want to se some spartans die and not agianst 10 elites cuz the elites and all other races must av some crazy good warriors as well. cuz if u look in h4 the alites seems to suck balls. Even put a hunter in some cutscene wanna se them in action to.
343 much do some realy good thing about camp, multi if i even going to buy h5, cuz thats the only reason i have to on a xbox (buy the new one) H4 had its moment but it was bad. sure some folks wont agre with me one bit but this is my bad opinion.

Maybe it'll like halo 2. Some part of the game we'll be played by masterchief and some parts would be played by Arbiter. Masterchief's story would be his dealings with the death of cortana, him being given a new AI but with a twist, maybe cortana left a few data or a tiny tiny bit of her inside masterchief's armor and then that would be like a gateway for cortana to control that AI like what she dis to the covenant's AI then poof there's cortana again but of course there would be some malfunctioning still because the previous AI which cortana corrupted would be fighting her and regain control for sometime until cortana fights back, that is if and only if they dont replace the chief's armor with new armor tech. But i doubt that cuz chief already has the latest mjolnir mark VI. OR Chief would find a piece or shard from the ruins of remains of composer or the ship contacts infinity and tries if there's still some parts of cortana in that shard or piece. Afterall, she did say most of me is down there. But there's still a lot of theories to what john has to accomplish to get through his problem. Now for the arbiter's story, maybe he's fighting the storm covenants and at the sametime trying to return back to earth to assist john or if ever earth gets attacked by some random storm covenant fleet, he'll come back and provide some help, hopefully then the two guys would meet then poof just like in halo 3, john and Thel' would be fighting side by side again.
And at the end the didact will return from the dark abyss of the slip space portal thingy which he fell into. I think he was just stunned by that bomb. Not killed. Those bombs could kill a ****** promethian knight with one blast much more will it take to kill the didact. Btw i think thats the original didact not the bornstellar one. Or vise versa. Then maybe a prediction in halo 6 ending. If cortana doesnt go human or even,like the promethians, get a body like them, maybe they'll find another composer and digitize the chief, if he's that desperate to be with cortana, aaand there they'll see each other talk talk talk then some alone time. )))) well those are my opinions of course but all i know is that the next halos would be so much more better than halo 4 because of all the feedbacks 343 have been getting ever since.The storm is not with the covenant. and eather is arby or hes army.

Well its also an improvment, LoL,Dota,WoW,BF,AC,GTA and so many more games chance. Why u may ask? Cuz whats the fun in playing the same thing over and over? If u fear chance that much maybe u should lock yourself into your bedroom cuz the world is constantly chancing and u dont want that to happend do u? Have fun with the cavemans trying to reinvent the fire.
