Look at this mode, halo 4 helmet is made of this mode I think; its surface is so smooth. But it needs many tools to make.It is so difficult. But when it success, it will be like this one-- halo 4 helmet maybe halo 4 fans like to make.
Except that, star war weapon also can be made by their fans.

ebay is your best bet on buying it. If you pre-ordered it from a guy who posted this image as a preview or an example....well, firstly, is he selling it? Because the image shows a real well made dual cosplay, probably for father and son.
You can probably buy both from that guy if he's offering it, or, if you can't, buy similar outfits from others.
Finally, to create yourself, you can just find places that create these things. From simple cardboard to real well designed wood and metal together, it's all available either on the internet, or local places which 'sell those things'.

The difference between Halo 3 and halo 4:
Ones made by Bungie the other is made by 343 Industries.
One has Brutes the other has Prometheans.
One has super powerful Covenant the other has weak covenant.
One has duel wielding the other doesn't,
One has disposable AA the other has infinite AA
One Has more vehicles and weapons the other has less.
This is difference between halo 3 and halo 4, do you agree with me?
