is there a way to fix it or we waiting on 343 to fix it?

It's been at least since sunday night that my account canot access the halo 4 server... my roommate lives in the same house using the same connection and he is just fine... its kinda lame i have not been able to play anything or join a party with any of my firends please 343 dont let me down tell me why this is happaning to me!
