[Specializations and how they work and answers]

So, I bought Halo 4 on November 25th and I was curious if I'm able to access the other specializations after I get to level 70? I am currently at SR-57 and If I won't be able to get the rest of the specializations until a later date I wouldn't mind knowing ahead of time O.o

So I've been kinda Curious is there a way to get either my spartan armor into a picture or my full Player card so i can put it into my signature or something? If anyone knows a way to do that it would be greatly appreciated I know Halo reach had something like it I believe the site they had was http://veegie.com/Vanity/ or something that you can customize a spartan and take that particular armor set and put it into a picture.
