[Two special questions.]

Hi I need answers for these two questions.

1)Why can't I check my file share or anybody else's on Waypoint or the game?

2)Why did 343 remove Team Snipers?

Hi

I have been playing Halo 4 for a while, but today when I first got on it said that the servers are not availible at the moment, and I can't play Spartan Ops.

Could someone please tell me what is going on.
