And I love how the Covenant actually sounds fearsome and intimidating again :K I wouldn't mind some easter eggs with some funny grunt sayings but I like how they sound scary again!
*I don't really notice the changes during gameplay, I think they look fine, but looking at the art and screenshots they do look vastly different, but eh, I could care less tbh, doesn't effect me that much

As said before, they're a splinter of the Covenant called Storm Covenant. Basically they don't follow the Arbiter and are still follow the Prophet's beliefs

The instant respawn is a choice, one of which I approve. You do not need to use it.
Join In Progress has it's advantages and disadvantages. I'm not sure if I like it or not, but I can't fault them for including it.
loadouts - most games have some sort of loadout. To say that it's a CoD element only is a little idiotic imo.
Their are neutral weapon spawns on the map. It is only super-weapons because the other's are available in the loadouts.
Ordinance - They have done this right at least. They haven't put in anything that is over-powered. People are used to the overshields and power weapons anyway. I actually like the Ordinance in this.
how is no-quick scopes a CoD thing? You can quick scope like nothing else in that game and even no scope is easier. No-Scoping and quick-scoping have been a part of Halo since the days of Halo 2 (multiplayer wise) You just need to click the scope after your shot.
I agree that the killcams are useless, but CoD wasn't the first game to have Killcams I'm sure of it. Plus, the killcams in Halo 4 are broken, most of the time not actually showing what happens.
But Halo does not feel like CoD because the gameplay is still Halo. And the things that change the gameplay, feel right at home in CoD because of the way they have done things.
I think you summed it up great. The game doesn't feel like CoD whatsoever to me, and even if they do have some similarities...so what? It's a FPS shooter, most are going to have some similarities, whereas I believe Halo kept its feel.

I thoroughly am pleased and honestly do love this game...and have actively played from 1 to Reach. I have little to no complaints.

I think it's perfect...I don't mind gameplay at all against it and using it
just play better, don't get cross-mapped by staying in the open, and out shoot the others...lol

It's cool aesthetic wise lol, that's pretty much it for me...I think it's pretty balanced and wouldn't want to see it regening shields though

I think it's a lot better compared to Reach's warthogs. It is a lot more stable, and the turret isn't all too weak, it's decent
also the rocket warthog is a LOT better compared to reach now too
but I think the spartan laser needs to one hit kill everything, including the Mantis
