Help! I got banned, for no reason , i could badly use help, its been a week and it still hasnt been lifted

[Please 343 Employee, I Need Help With Halo: Reach]

I always play halo reach, and about one week ago, on my xbox it said i was credit banned, i really really do not why

halo reach is the game i play nonstop, and i play alot of online and earn quite a bit of credits from challenges to, but i dont know why im BANNED! Please its been a week and its still not lifted!! Help!!!!

Thanks, but i already knew that, cant a 343 emplyee research and tell me how long im gonna be banned? and most IMPORTANTLY WHY im banned? im pretty sure it was a mistake.
