There should be a way to back out of a ranked game without penalty if teams start uneven or if a man drops out in the first couple of minutes.
I often play in a team of 3 in ranked and we have had significant trouble recently with the fourth assigned teammate dropping out early or sometimes, though rare, even starting matches 3 on 4. It is becoming frequently frustrating as something happens where each night we must play down a man at least one round and it takes two more wins simply to catch back up.
On nights when it happens multiple times, it can be simply infuriating.
