I think is such bogus, here I am level 39, I have 2 rare DMR skins and yet I still don't have a single DMR. Everyone one I know who is a lesser rank than me has a DMR. The higher ranks as well but that goes without saying usually. Is 343 ever going to fix this BS? You could at least give everyone past rank 30 all the basic load out weapons.
