Halo 4 Issue (Gin Not Appearing)

So i finally got to Halo 4 on the Xbox One Mastercheif Collection and the gun to start off the game is MIA. I thought it was part of the game until I started shooting. Bullets come out but doesn't damage the enemy. You can see it's shadow on ground and walls but not the gun. ANyone know what I should do?

You could go to Waypoint as someone might have had the same issue. However, you should be aware 343 or the webteam won't bother responding. You will get more luck on Twitter.
