The other day I bought a downloadable version of Halo the master chief collection and when I got home I redeemed the code and it said it would take a minute for the game to register on my xbox, it's been about 4 days now and I have tried everything including contacting Microsoft support and going through all the steps they told me too. When they check from there end, it says that I owned the game and successfully downloaded it but if I go to the Microsoft store it says I don't own game and it doesn't give me the option of downloading it.
