343iBot Posted November 23, 2020 Report Share Posted November 23, 2020 Square Enix has announced a sequel to the cult hit The World Ends With You, simply titled Neo: The World Ends With You. The game is coming to the Nintendo Switch and PS4 next summer. A debut trailer shows off the art style and combat and introduces some of the key characters. The dialogue is all delivered in Japanese--the first TWEWY canonically takes place in Shibuya--but it provides a pretty good look at the game's tone and style. The new game looks stylish like the first game, but now all in 3D with a distinctly Jet Set Radio look. The combat also appears to have been given an overhaul.
